Our fourth holiday home is located in the Reivo nature reserve, approx. 30 km away from Myrkulla and Arvidsjaur. The lakes in Reivo have been dedicated by the owner Sveaskog as “Put-and-Take” lakes. This means that it is only allowed to fish with a fishing permission card and the fishing-rod at the waterside compared to the past when fishing was allowed on the lake with boats without permission card. This permission card, called “Fiskekort”, is available in the tourist centers or offices in for example Arvidsjaur.
The location of this amazing holiday home is a
real exception!
In the middle of the nature reservation
and only 100 m form the next lake this house is
the optimal starting point for wanderers and
nature loving people.

On approx. 100 sqm living space this house is offering regeneration for up to 9 persons. The qietness of the surrounding nature can be enjoyed on the big terrace.
Two big living rooms with dinner area
offer additional sleeping berths for two people each. There are
three little separate sleeping rooms, in two of them
you will find a bunk bed while the third room contains
two single beds.
With the option of placing two more beds this
house is offering twelve people accomodation.
The kitchen is provided with a gas cooker
and a gas oven.
In addition the house has got a wood cooker with
oven and a fireplace running on petroleum.
There is no electricity and no trinking
water in the house.
Trinking water is available in the well (approx.
30m from the house away)
The kitchen tools and the lights are running on
gas.
In the holiday home you will find a solar- and battery powered 12 V LED lighting. In addition you can rent a 220 V generator.
Under the floor you will find a cellar for the cool storage of your food.
The toilet is only a few paces away from the
house.
Your own wood fired sauna is at the lake.
Fireplaces and trails are close to the house.
In the rent the gas for the kitchen and the lights, fire wood and the sauna are included. Bed linen, bed clothes and towels are not included in the rent.
Dogs are allowed in this holiday object.
NO SMOKING in the holiday houses.
Self-catering has to be organised by the guests
themselves.
